This house was once a popular inn on the coach roads of old Tasmania
called the Ayton Inn. Team Strigoi uncovered some interesting evidence on our six
investigations there (check out the videos)
Tales of hopeless despair are told about this old Georgorian building, in the mid 1800’s a family lived here, for unknown reasons, four members committed suicide within the walls of the inn, we are not sure if it happened over time or in one night, the place has been abandoned now for over 40 years, owner cannot live there for what ever reasons…. maybe the ghostly kind?

This is the last time we did an investigation at the ruin of the old Ayton inn just outside of Launceston Tasmania, we had read something on a website that said you could visit this site if you wanted. Team Strigoi did several investigations here thinking naively that they wouldnt mind night visitors but on this occasion we got a visit from an angry local telling us to get out or else. Anyway the moral of the story is always get proper permission.
